Nguyên liệu:
- 1 cup đậu xanh
- 1/5 lít nước dùng
- 300g thịt xá xíu hoặc thịt băm
- 1 cup tôm lột vỏ
- 1/2 cup cá cơm khô hoặc chà bông
- 1 ít cải soong hoặc rau bina
- tỏi băm
- nước mắm, tiêu
Cách làm:
1. Phi thơm tỏi, để riêng
2. Cho đậu xanh và nước dùng vào nồi cùng với ít hạt nêm, nấu sôi, để liu riu 45p tới 1h cho đậu chín nhừ và rã ra
3. Cho tôm, thịt heo vào nấu thêm 15p nữa. Cuối cùng là phần rau, nêm nếm lại với nước mắm và tiêu.
Dọn ra dùng nóng, khi ăn rắc chà bông lên
